When final taste events began catering the goal was simple: to produce creative and delicious menus, whether serving 20 or 2,000.  The philosophy, based on the idea that “you eat with your eyes first,”  centered on creating wonderful presentations of food that taste as great as they look. Today, chef and partner rachid kourda leads a team of talented professionals that continue to inspire with creative new offerings and contemporary presentations, utilizing the best seasonal ingredients from our local partners and purveyors. After serving over 400 weddings at the red lion inn not including rehearsal dinners, and corporate events we have decided to go solo and be even more creative with our menus and offering more venus for you to choose from.
